WebAssuming you have adjustable dumbbells and enough weights for them to be meaningful you can go very far for the upper body with just them (enough that if you go further, the cost of a gym won't bother you, for sure). For legs it is harder. You end up doing a lot of unilateral stuff to make up for not being able to load enough weight.
