Tīmeklis2024. gada 3. janv. · Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is an efficient and reliable means for the evaluation of thyroid nodules and is considered the gold standard for preoperative diagnoses [ 2, 3, 4 ]. At the same time, FNA of thyroid nodules has limitations in that both false-negative and false-positive results can occur [ 5, 6 ].
