Both produce amazing results, but you may find that the BMPCC has higher dynamic range and a lot more flexibility in post.

Also, skin tones on GH6 are beautiful (clearly better IMO compared to S5 and GH5ii) but all can be matched reasonably well in post Low light: S5 is clearly better here followed by the GH6.
