For those who were having the same issue, fans run at 100%, does not show fan speed in multiple software, cannot control fan curve, I found a remedy that might fix the issue. It looks to be a power issue with my power supply. WebI’ll just keep putting fan speed at 95% and applying, then immediately changing it to 100% then applying, then repeating. The fan speed applies for like 1 second before changing back to min setting, so if I keep changing it fast enough, it’ll emulate 100% fan speed and cool down my GPU a little.
