WebTo get a pylon, usually at least one of the NPCs has to like the biome. The arms dealer likes the desert, and the nurse likes the hallow, so the forest pylon might not appear. You should instead put them in the desert. The zoologist and the guide go well together and both of them love the forest. Try that.
